this is a very well made dog toy. my dog can tear up a plush toy in less than an hour and this one is still very much intact. i'll definitely buy another coleman when this mammoth goes extinct!!

We were so sure our puppy would destroy the "tusks" on this toy immediately. After two months, they still look great, and he loves chomping and "throwing" it up in the air. He keeps himself occupied quite well with this toy, and it holds up to a teething juvenile puppy mouth quite well.
Nice size, good squeaker, good construction, somewhat floppy (but I consider that a "pro" rather than a "con"), "fur"-type fabric seems to have a protective factor to resist tearing and destructive jaws/teeth.

My large Labrador Retriever has been playing with this toy daily for more than eighth months and it's still in great shape. It is by far his favorite toy. He loves the honking sound it makes. The toy's hair is long and I worried at first about him inhaling it, but he's learned not to chew on it so much as pounce on it, bite it, shake it, carry it around, etc. Highly recommended.

Got this toy for my nine-year old Golden, and he takes it everywhere. It's well made, very hairy, and just seems to please the dog. He loved opening the UPS box and digging the mammoth out, and pranced around showing everyone his new toy. We're thinking of getting more Coleman dog toys.

I purchases three Coleman stuffed dog toys. I never knew they made dog toys, but they are great. As rugged as all their camping equipment. My dogs love them. Large dogs that play tug of war with these all the time. Very well made. I would recommend and would buy again.

I purchased this toy for my dog (a 150 lb. bullmastiff). A wooly mammoth seemed to suit him. It is high quality and very cute. He and my female bullmastiff play with it together and it shows no wear and tear. With two bullmastiffs pulling at it, that is an excellent review.

We ended up having to throw this toy away, as it just shed way too much. It didn't help that in addition to the incessant shedding, our dog enjoyed ripping the fur out and reveling in the mess. Good as an outdoor toy, but way too messy for indoors.

My terrier loved this toy. slept with it at night. It lasted about three weeks before trunk and ears came off. He finally ripped the squeeky out but still plays with it. B+ compared to other toys I have purchased and how long they lasted.

I am always looking for toys that my Lab can play with & won't fall apart... well, this is very well made & has not fallen apart... but, the squeaker lasted only a day & a half. Of course we have a large "La-boor-a-door-us Rex" who has jaws of steel, even at age 11. I would recommend this for the average big dog however...It is really a cool toy.

Received this today for my goldens. It was out 1 minute and I thought it was great two were playing tug of war with the tusks. One dog gets distracted, I think how cute turn away. Turn back not even 15 seconds later and the other golden has the head already off and the stuffing out to get to the squeaker. I was in shock. My dogs are spoiled and love and can hardly hurt the folkmanis hand puppets, that look like goldens. I look at the stitching and the head to body connection is very poorly sewn.

What a complete and total waste of money. I would have gotten more use from a $3 toy than this.
