I love this product! I wear dentures and my bottom denture is so painful that there is literally no way to wear it unless I line it with this paste. The paste adheres to the denture, and then I place it in my mouth and it completely numbs my bottom gums, sometimes for a few hours. I will say that it tends to wash away easier when I've eaten, due to saliva and drink,so I do find myself having to apply it numerous times a day, but that is far better than being in the pain I am in ordinarily. It has been an absolute Godsend for me. I highly recommend this product.

If you've ever bitten the inside of your cheek or lip this product is for you. I can't stand the discomfort that comes with biting your lip, but this product protects the area with a paste like film so it isn't continually irritated. And because the area isn't irritated it heals quicker. The product also has a bit of benzocaine in it which numbs the area. I say forget all of the other products out there, this one is a winner.

Lots of things become uncomfortable when you get old and you can take Tylenol or Motrin for them. But they don't help much if your gums get angry once in awhile and you can't stand to fit your dentures in the morning. I've tried several other products for sore gums but they didn't work very well. I finally had to go and see my dentist so I could eat and he gave me a few professional samples of Orobase.It worked like a miracle. Now when things flare up occasionally, I spread a little bit of Orobase along with the adhesive on the denture in the morning and I am painless until I have to refit them the next morning.

Plus the pastey texture actually sticks to the sore and protects it. Most of the gels slide around and numb everything (a sensation I dislike). This stuff sticks right to the spot you want.
