Beautiful and inspiring! Great ideas not only for weddings but for personalizing dinner parties and other social get togethers. A bit pricey but delivers!

Different from Cowie's first tutorial/pictorial (Colin Cowie Weddings), this book reflects more intently on all the sensational details that soar beyond simple "weddings" to absolutely luminary nuptial celebrations. Like his first book, a wealth of extraordinary photos showcasing his incredible eye for detail & distinction. An essential resource for all the bells & whistles...or just to dream!

This gorgeous hot pink book has everything for a fantasy wedding. True inspiration for making this event unforgetible. Everything in details. I like the way Colin Cowie helps to choose theme first and add personal characteristics of bride and groom, their culture, favorite flowers, colors and food. This book absolutly worth it to buy and would be useful for any big event.

I bought this as a gift and shipped with gift wrap. My best friend loved it. The price was 50% off the bookstore prices. Great buy!

Cover to cover, this is an exceptional book!! The photos of these spectalular weddings are gorgeous, and the creativity and attention to detail that Colin Colin used in creating these lavish events is incredible. Each wedding is unique and personal. At the end of each wedding chapter, Colin provides the event layout and some pointers. I found this to be really helpful. While I don't have a million dollar budget, I have truly found some million dollar ideas that I can incorporate into the wedding that I am planning. And the beautiful book looks great even when it's just sitting on the coffee table!! Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone planning a wedding - either a bride, groom, or wedding planner! Thank you, Colin Cowie!

I'm a collector of wedding related books, and this one does not disappoint. I wasn't willing to pay full price - a whopping $75 - but when it came down in price on Amazon and Christmas came bearing gift cards, it was the perfect time to add to my collection. The book is beautiful on my book shelf and I enjoyed the gorgeous layout of all the memorable weddings. This has great details about each event and the photos are stunning.

From the lush pink suede front cover to the back equally lush cover it's a bride's picture book dream. There's not much nuts & bolts "how to" there, but if you want inspiration, you will find it. The weddings covered definitely fall into the platinum wedding category, so for us mere mortals with real budgets, many of the over the top extravagances are not possible. BUT the look and feel of the radically different weddings contained in the book will spark the imagination - and it will be up to the bride or brides planner to make it their own. Bottom line - wow! for brides & wedding planners.

While the weddings depicted in this book are far out of most people's budget, the pictures are stunning - and the words describing the extraordinary events are even more so. This would make a beautiful coffee table book. An engaged couple is sure to be inspired - and can perhaps afford to even incorporate one or two of Cowie's ideas. Stunning.
