According to NPR, today is the 50th anniversary of the Kind of Blue album. Classic band, classic tunes. The other two albums are classics too. This set is a real bargain. Miles at his creative best.
(I had a problem with the box set packaging. The plastic guts the CDs attach to had separated from the cardboard cover. Superglue to the rescue.) |
