The framing of the different intensities of working together is worth the price of the book. I would have appreciated examples to amplify these differences.

Just listing factos essencial for collaboration, without illustrating it and going deeper into its analysis does not provide enough learning to make a difference with readers who already know about the subjet. Building a questionnaire aiming at having a probable success score is like trying to predict the future based in game cards. Sorry!
