I cannot review the product as it never arrived. I will review the service I received which was horrible. When my book was late, I was told to wait another week before complaining. This is a $72.00 textbook that I have desperately needed for a class that will end in a few weeks. I will never purchase anything from International books because they are extremely incompetent in handling orders.
