This is a fabulous book. It really resonated with me. It's filled with useful worksheets, exercises, and information to support strategic thinking. I love the four categories of mindsets she has come up with - Noncompetitive Individual Contributor, Situational Collaborative Competitor, Collaborative Competitor, and Perfectionist Competitor. The perfectionist competitor is linked to micro management and is an example of unhealthy competition.
