I received my package in the mail today, and was shocked to see that the product is not at all what is described here on Amazon. In my opinion, it is unethical for Amazon to advertise this product as a "Small Dog Bark Collar", and then ship something that obviously does not suit the needs of the buyer.

I'll start with the size of the collar: 1.5" X 2.25" X 1.25"

This is too big to fit on any small dog. In fact, the instructions go on to say that this collar can be used on dogs from 5 to 150 lbs (And then goes on to redundantly state that it can be used on dogs heavier than 150 lbs).

Furthermore, it is not the same item that is pictured here on Amazon. I would post a link to the picture, because it's also sold at another website; but I fear that if I did that, Amazon's advertisement filter would prevent this review from being posted on Amazon's website.

This is deceptive advertisement. I cannot put this collar on my small dogs, it simply does not fit. I will certainly be returning the product, and unless a mistake was made, it needs to be removed from Amazon completely.

This collar works very well on our long haired chihuahua. The alert noise seems to be all that is neded to quiet this small dog. Now she doesn't even have to wear it. If she starts to bark I just show it to her and she stops. This collar works great. The company was very prompt and very good with their customer service whit a great follow up.

Don't waste your money on this item. The battery burns out after just a couple of days, and the replacement batteries sold for it don't work. I had to research and buy batteries from an industrial source and they would also burn out after a few days. The box itself is far too large for a small dog, very cumbersome and uncomfortable for the dog when trying to lay down with it on. It is also very flimsy. It did work when the battery was not burned out, but has a huge disadvantage if you have more than one dog - any dog barking will set it off, so when another of our dogs was barking the poor dog who had it on would get shocked. Not good. Try another brand that works by both vibration and sound so only the guilty dog gets corrected.
