This is a book I return to time and again to find comfort and strength. The essays are specific and wonderful for many of life's challenging situations. Here the parent, businessman, teacher, companion and friend can find answers to everyday problems that we must face. The essays are concise and lend themselves beautifully to daily study

Although the first 4 chapters are straight out of The Infinite Way, there is value added. Joel provides some details that will help one find their way to God. HOWEVER, buy The Infinite Way first, if you can! This is definitely a "follow on" book, which can be used "instead" of The Infinite Way, if that's what your budget demands! WHAT? Because the first four chapters are the most important parts of The Infinite Way, this book will do if you are truly on a budget and can not afford both.

A book appears as words on paper. When I read a book by Joel Goldsmith, there is an aliveness, a profound depth of consciousness that sings through the pages.

One can spend days, weeks or months on any one of these essays. The Infinite Way points us to this that is beyond anything that appears to be. Nothing less than a transformation of consciousness happens when we truly allow the spirit of these sharings to be contemplated and absorbed until they become our very own knowing.

If one has an inclination toward the mystical life, this book is highly recommended.

I started to write this and it got lost. NO matter what...read these two: Deep Silence of My Peace. I read this repeatedly during
a dark time in my marriage. When I had lost all hope of renewal, I read this again and again. 12 years later, we're still going strong and happier than ever.
The other is the last essay. It is Joel's loving message to his son before he leaves for college. For any of us who didn't get
such a message, its never too late to hear his words of wisdom and truth and loving guidance.
Joel Goldsmith is my favorite mystic. The more I read him, the more profound his messages are for me. I've been working
through his books for more than 15 years...and it gets better and better and better.
I suspect, because I am being changed, transformed, and healed by spending time in the "Silence" with the "I AM".
