A pick for anyone who can't get enough of poetry,
By Midwest Book Review (Oregon, WI USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Collected Poems (Perfect Paperback)
Sometimes you don't seek to write on a general theme, just write for the sake of writing. "Collected Poems" is a massive collection from Gustaf Sobin as he collects his life's work on the subject in a single half-thousand page tome. A great variety of work, "Collected Poems" is a pick for anyone who can't get enough of poetry. "Psalmodic": knelt there, in that/knuckle of/rock. nothing's/less than the word, brittle/as//crumbs, not/even the wind, what's/rising-- gentian -- just now,/be-//fore you.
