I ran across Kenneth Fearing during my college years in the mid-40s and have found few poets who impressed me as much. His crisp, stacatto style coupled with his unique perceptions combine to create memorable poetry, but poetry one will not tire of reading again and again just to regain the feeling of the times he so superbly creates. I recommend anyone who likes Fearing to read all his works.
