You'd certainly be doing yourself a favor by keeping your eyes on this up-and-coming young comics artist. His "Mother Come Home" was deeply affecting- enough so that I will most likely pick up his future works without even paging through them first. Having said that, this work is not essential. It is simply a collection of Hornschemeier's earlier, more immature work. It does reveal his future promise, and would be useful for charting the artist's evolution, but it is spotty. Borrow it from the library if you can.
