just not enough room....,

there's just not enough room on an 80-minute cd to put all of Dan Reed Network's best songs. this is, however, a good compilation of songs from a prolific songwriter and his hard-hitting, funky, rockin' band....there are a few cool things here that you can't get on their 3 studio releases, a highlight being Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme) playing with Dan on "long way to go". buy this cd, and if you can get your hands on "Dan Reed Network", "Slam", and "the Heat", do it! because if you're really serious about experiencing the whole DRN collection, you'll want all the discs available; and that includes "Live At Last", (which is whole other review all together!)

I completely forgot about The Dan Reed Network until I watched The Cutting Edge. I had to order the hits CD and it brought back a lot of memories.
