The 17 tracks here demonstrates the vitality and versatility of the band. Highlights include the hits, 'Dance The Night Away', 'All You Ever Do Is Bring Me Down', 'I've Got This Feeling', covers of Hank Williams' 'Hey Good Lookin' and Bruce Springsteen's 'All That Heaven Will Allow', the duet with Trisha Yearwood 'Something Stupid', along with the rare B-sides 'Volver' & 'Panatella'. In fact, both those songs as well as 'She Does' and 'La Mucara' are only available on this collection. And, as any Mavericks can tell you, anything sung by leader Raul Malo is pure heaven. 17 tracks in all. Universal/Spectrum.

This CD is a great way to recall a group that is no more. If you already own Maverick CD's the repeat tracks are still worth it to have this CD. Even the tracks in Spanish that I can only translate a word or two are fantastic. If you can hear you will enjoy the fantastic musicianship although you cannot understand the words. This CD is the best $4 bucks I've ever spent and lasts much longer than an expensive coffee. TLKeith in Beautiful Berea

I love this collection of songs by the Mavericks! I can listen to this over and over, it's just that wonderful! I love every single song, and Raul Malo just has the most awesome voice! This is a fabulous CD, just fabulous!
