I'm a big fan of SRV, however this is an unnecessary issue of already released songs. There is nothing new here. And the cover in my opinon is to confuse the buyer - it is the same picture on Soul to Soul and a cheap marketing ploy.

Pick up SRV's Greatest Hits I, II, the Essential SRV, or SRV Box Set to get an intro to SRV.
