1.0 out of 5 stars a book with toys, January 15, 2007
This review is from: Collector's Series: U.S. Navy: From Sails to Steam and Beyond: A Look Inside the World's Greatest Navy (Hardcover)
I ordered this product as a gift for a 70 year old retired naval officer. I did not realize that one half of this "book" contained 4 miniature ship replicas, which look like toys. The other section would be good on its own as a small book. Because of the inclusion of the toys, it hardly seemed appropriate for any adult, unless they are particularly interested in collecting these miniatures. The picture and description used to promote this product did not clearly state what this product really is. From now on, I think I will go find the book at a bookstore to confirm that it is what I want. Then, I'll order from Amazon.
