Great eclectic collection of most of her greatest songs as well as others not so well known. I like the tin container as well as the liner notes. I'm looking forward to her October 27 release. Cheers, AC

If I would have put together this CD collection, the first disc would be Carly's greatest hits, the second would be Carly's great Rock and dance numbers, like "Melt my heart,Pure Sin,Our Affair,The Reason,I'll eat it here, etc. The third would have been the great ballards and movie theme songs, thank GOD "Were so Close " is on one of the CD's,but wish "We just got here,Davy,The three of us in the dark"was included, but I"m please with this collection, and I'm looking forward to Carly's new CD in the fall.I love the raw cut from Carly's radio interview,"It happens Everyday."What a different arrangment from the "Hello Big Man" CD.
Also,Carly's new CD comes out October 27,"Never Been Gone." Let's make this Carly's biggest record ever.

4.0 out of 5 stars liking this, August 9, 2009

i have everything she's ever done on cd but it's good to have some of these songs in what seems to be remastered form. especially early work from her first album and ''girl you think you see'' from ANTICIPATION. to get ''waterfall'' from what she said in CLOUDS IN MY COFFE BOX SET that PLAYIN' POSSUM remasters couldn't be found makes me wonder why we still couldn't get ''attitude dancing''. but i'm holding out hope that we will finally get all her elektra and warner brothers albums remastered because of this and it was well worth the great price just to hear ''jesse'' after ''you're so vain''. they may have been 8 years apart but they go together marvelously and this collection somehow does thru and thru. though missing obvious chestnuts, still nice.
