Collector's Compass Not So Clever,

This review is from: Collector's Compass: '50s Decor (Paperback)
If your interest is the 50s & 60s, you like second-hand stores, thrift shops, antique shops, & garage sales, there's still very little new under the sun in this publication. I could have written this one with my eyes closed. There are a couple of good tips here and there, but nothing really different from my opening sentence here(oh, yeah, flea markets are mentioned, too-HOW DEEP!) There are some decent pictures, but nothing really helpful to someone who is already a collector. Whatever mistakes we made in the past we learned from. If you are someone who is thinking about taking up collecting, this book could be worth a look. However, there are a lot better books on the market for the 50s enthusiast.
