Great book if you are studying Victorian hairwork. Shows you how to make a few things. Has a lot of pictures on originals.

A wonderful book. I am enjoying it as it is my most recent purchase. Jeanne Bell was the jewelry supreme queen of jewelry. She had a shop at Crown Center in Kansas City and I took an antique bracelet to her store for repair. A very wise woman and very knowledgeable on jewelry. This is a good book for someone collecting mourning or hair jewelry.

The book contains a lot of information, useful for collectors, or just people who are interested in the history of jewelry. It has a lot of great-quality photos. And the text is easy to read.
