I wanted detailed information about the Garand and its history and I felt that the Collector's Guide to the M1 Garand would be appropriate. After receiving the book I felt that I had made the right choice and have found it to contain everything I need to know about the weapon. This is not the first book I have purchased by Bruce Canfield and most certainly will not be the last.
