This is a good guide for assisting in career planning and
assessment. It describes transference of skills, content skills and lifestyle values- all are key ingredients in career planning and implementation. New career options are fully described. i.e. Hospitality Manager (description,education and salary ), school teachers, Engineering (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical -high growth areas). The highest paying teaching jobs are in Alaska. The International City Management Association at 777 North Capitol St. NE Suite 500 DC 20002 lists jobs for city managers throughout the United States. These are just a few of the career options listed. The book is a good reference for career-related research. |
