The real kit of Gregg College Keyboarding contents: Text(1 book), manual(small book, around 200 pages-very necessary in class!) and a CD. At the College Bookstore, cost abot $110 (plus sale tax)
What I bought by Amazon, for $75+shipping, was ONLY the text book. No CD, no manual.It wasn't clear on the ad that the "kit" is incomplete.
If I should know this fact, before purchasing, I would never buy this product.
I thought to send the whole box back, but I do not want to invest other$ 128 for the same purpose. Now, I use a copy/ scanned version of the manual in class, and I don't make homeworks at home ( without CD)
Next time, I'll be more carefully when buying second-hand books.

This does not come with the Key you need for the internet! its a great cheap book but you will have to buy wither the "Kit" or order the key from the GDP website which is $43.00 cheap book though!

So you finish typing and oh look...the red screen that has a "Communication Error" eats all the work you just did. You can not get it back. I have had over 15 errors in 3 days. I am continually redoing work because of these errors. In addition sometimes it skips a Lesson area and so your typing in area D when you should be typing in C, no way to move your work. The program has major buggs. If it wasnt required for class I would never ever purchased it. PS teachers do not care if you have to do the work a zillion times!

I had return this item and did not get my refund back. What kind of business is this? I am very disappointed! When will I get my money back?

The book came as advertised; wrapped, but it did not come with the CD-KEY that is needed to set up your online account.

The book itself was in great brand new condition, it just did not come with anything else besides the book.

This product was supposed to have microsoft word 2007 cd with the book and it did not so we had to purchase the software.

i got this book for my class and it worked i got n A i HIGHLY recommend this book for any class if you want to get an A

This book didn't come with the word manual or the access card. I am getting a refund and am going to go buy it for more money at my university. It should be labled better so more people don't run into the same problem.

the part that i got was in goo shape but was missing the card and also the other book i needed that goes with it

I really got a lot out of this book. It improved my skills and I felt confident after finishing the book. If one is diligent, this book is great. This item when I bought it did not come with a CD, I thought it did. Luckily, my instructor was kind enough and burned the CD for me from her kit.
