This book was particularly helpful for a new collie owner. The contents were solely about collies. Not just a collie picture on the front and boilerplate information inside. An easy, informative read. I highly recommend this owner's manual for anyone contemplating the purchase of a collie, or anyone who has become the new owner of a collie.

Some good information, but a lot of the information could apply to any other breed. It's very easy to read and reads quickly. Would have given it 5 stars if it'd been a bit more in-depth and thicker. Good book, just needs to have more in it.

Very nice book for Collie owners. I just recently got a rescue Collie that at the time was about 11 months old, and this book really helped me to learn the history and breed standard :)

Book lovely - Service slow
The book is good for a beginning collie owner. Beautiful pictures. Wish they identified the dogs in the pictures. Took longer than any other order from or through Amazon.
