4.0 out of 5 stars Good for Intermediate Learners, February 3, 2009
This review is from: Colloquial Swahili: The Complete Course for Beginners (Colloquial Series) (Paperback)
This book is a good resource for students who have reached an intermediate level of Swahili and want more examples that are anchored in cultural situations. However, without some formal study of the language (or a lengthy stay in East Africa to learn grammar) you may be left with more questions. This is not a great book for learners who want and need grammatical explanations and examples.
