I have been using colon cleanse for years. I like the fiber products that are gritty, the ones thatlook like sawdust, not the ones that sugar and mix smooth. No benefiber for this colon! I feel the gritty types do a better job. But this product goes ten steps beyond that. It's actually clumpy. AT first I thought there was something wrong with that one bottle, but all three were clumpy. I'm not sure it makes any difference in effectiveness, but it is sure hard to measure it out. YOu have to break it up before you can get it out of that little bottle opening. I would not buy this again.
