Very bad dvd release of a great movie,

Anyone at all familiar with this movie will be sickened by the poor quality of this particular dvd transfer. The video quality is grainy as if they videotaped a television broadcast and the audio is very, very badly synchronized. Worse yet, several chapters of the film are missing, major scenes.
