I don't use this product for weight loss (as many do) and I've never lost weight on it. However, it does do what it proclaims. I have trouble with regular BM's so use this to get rid of all the crap - literally. I've not found it to be uncomfortable in any way. I use it a couple times a week as that seems to work okay for me, but I've also done a 30-day cleanse as well and was not disappointed in the results of that either. Also, when you use the Colonix fiber, make sure you drink a lot of water like it recommends. I saw a colonix scam video and they just mixed enough water to make it thick and nasty which is not the intent. The flavor is not bad at all. I have used it many times and have never been disappointed.

I have done the 30 day program twice now, with the second round (about a year after the first) being much milder. My dad recommended it to me, like he does many other things, but I checked out the website and saw some of the photos (they are graphic) of the parasites. With the possibility of them being in me, it was enough for me to try it.
I was 26 at the time and for the first 2 weeks much, much more came out of me than I put in. Like another reviewer said, I never had the sudden urge to go, but the first 2 weeks I was going 5-6 times a day, though never did I feel out of control. With week 3 at 3-4 and week 4 back to normal. At week 3, after I had given up hope, I saw my first parasite with 2 more to follow in the next couple of days. During this whole time and for months after my body "cycles" felt great.
I do have pretty bad allergies but I didn't experience any allergic reactions to the products like a couple of other reviews (sorry guys). I highly recommend you give this a go at least once. Make sure you follow the directions, drink lots of water and don't forget their stuff every morning! I drank the fiber mixed with orange juice, worked out well for me.

I've tried several cleanses in the past with no results, but this one is awesome! I did the 3 months and I feel great. After starting and even after being off of it, I no longer have issues with constipation or stomach bloating.You just have to be sure to drink the recommended amount of water.It seems like a lot, but so worth it! I never had that sudden "run to the bathroom " feel while on it either. I highly recommend this to anyone.

My wife loves it.
