Traces the history of Rhode Island from the arrival of the first European settlers in the early seventeenth century through 1790 when it became the thirteenth state to join the Union.
I am now living in Denver in a hundred year old apartment that overlooks the Zoo. Instead of writing about Pilgrims, I am now teaching English as a Second Language to seminarians at the John Paul II Center. And volunteering at the Denver Zoo. This summer I'm working with the lions and the elephants.
