Shipping is fast. They fit and work well. I suggest placing one of the chips that came in the Mah Jong set on the chip pin before install the pusher. I makes it rotate much easier than without the chip. The colors were not a perfict match but still look nice. I would recommend to anyone that plays Mah Jong.

These racks make it easier to swing the wall out during the game. they are less expensive than ordering from the MJ league

The arms for the mah jongg racks turned out to be what I had hoped for. I have black wood racks and the multi colored arms look great on the racks. When I take them off the racks they can fit in my case along with the rest of the set. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

This product should not be classified as a "toy". It is an important part of the Mah Jongg set and should be included with each set rather than purchased separately. The pushers are an excellent way to make the game go more smoothly.

They sent the wrong product and I had some difficulty returning it. They never bothered to ask if I wanted it replaced. I ordered 4 color Pushers/Arms and they sent one clear pusher.

I had very bad service firstly from the eshop who sent the wrong item twice which i shipped back right away and have still to get the redund of $25.30 after having been on the phone for hours to Amazon to get any satisfaction. The girls on the phones do not speak good enough english to be talking to americans on the phones. 1st time I waited 1 hour to speak to a supervisor although was told that she would be saying the same as a supervisor. What? Anyway,I called back to amazon and told the girl how unhappy i was that my refund had not come through for 22 days. Ridiculous. after another 32 minute wait on the phone for a supervisor the girl came back on to say i would have my refund within 2 -3 business days. We'll see! The biggest problem I have is that amazon blames the seller but when I contacted the seller they told me it was shipped out from amazon.

I purchased the Mah Jong set for my grandchildren for Christmas.
I asked my daughter to open the set and she only found one pusher.
In the illustration on line it showed four pushers which the set
did not contain. Also I ordered an addition four pushers for my
set and it was not included with the order. I did pay for the
extra set of pusher and the Mah Jong set only to be ripped off.
I would like to know who do I contact to get the order corrected?
How do I get my order completed? I am not pleased with this
purchase.
