Don't judge a CD by its cover, which was the only thing I liked about this. Too much talking with color healing only at the end. The "history" was so long and so frustrating to have to listen to that even when I finally got to the the relaxation part I was so annoyed I couldn't relax. When I tried to fast forward I ended up at the beginning again. All I can say is that I feel extremely ripped off and I want my money back.
