Martin Scorsese's "The Color of Money" was the brillant sequel to my favorite movie "The Hustler". A few months ago, I found the soundtrack which features most of the great songs that are featured in the movie.
From Eric Clapton's smash hit, "It's In The Way That You Use It" to Robbie Roberton's "Main Title" the album is filled with a great blend of rock, blues, and jazz. Some of the great songs in the movie like "One More Night" from Phil Collins and "Walk On the Wild Side" from Jimmy Smith weren't on this album and it's hard to see why when the album barely runs over 30 minutes.
Still, "The Color Of Money" was my favorite movie from the 80s and most likely my favorite soundtrack too. If you like the movie you'll enjoy the music just as much. Don't Miss It!

Great 80's songs and instrumentals., August 25, 1998
This review is from: The Color Of Money: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (Audio CD)
Well, first I must say I fell in love with The Color Of Money the first time I saw it and had to go out and purchase the soundtrack. It's just great. I can't stop listening to "It's the Way that You Use it" and "Werewolves in London". It's well worth the $10.

The Color of Money soundtrack. Missing some tracks!, January 20, 2009
This review is from: The Color Of Money: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (Audio CD)
The Color of Money is probably one of my top 10 favorite movies so I wanted to add this to my collection. I was a bit disappointed since the CD is missing the quintessential track, "One More Night" by Phil Collins! Whoever produced the CD must not have had the licensing budget to get that one added so it was left out :( VERY disappointing and if I had known that track wasn't on the CD I wouldn't have bought it. All the other tracks from the movie are there but without One More Night it's just not the same.
