I Love this! It came on time and is great quality! The reason I rated it a 4/5 is b/c the colors do not really match the picture very well.. I thought I was getting a hot pink and dark blue.. but it's really bubblegum pink and dark purple.. Also, The hair was thinner than it looks (but I kind of expected that). But the hair is still smooth and hasn't shedding one strawn yet!! Oh.. and also the clips are small so it doesn't make it very easy to clip into hair.. it took a while for me to get it to snap in place..But it doesn't loosen and stays secure, steady, and tight!

in one review someone said they wouldn't stay in - I think she didn't know how they work.
There was nothing on the package that explained it. But I've used them before so I didn't have a problem. You bend them one way and the gap between the bar and the teeth opens, you bend it back the other way and it clamps shut. So you have to bend it open, slide the teeth onto your hair close to the scalp and then bend the clip the opposite way. It isn't hard once you figure it out.
These were small so I bought 2 packs and put 2 on each side. I wasn't sure that they were that visible but several people commented on them, so I guess they were.
I enjoyed them until I forgot and ran my fingers through my hair at the clip site - that hurt! But I didn't repeat that mistake so I was fine. They stayed in all day until I took them out before I went to bed.

This works great for giving yor hair an interesting look that looks permanent but is easily removable. When you feel like taking a walk on the wild side, this will do it.
