Format: Paperback
This is a fantastic book covering a number of the bigger breweries in Colorado, specifically chosen to identify why Colorado has become the Napa Valley of beer! I love the write-ups of the breweries themselves and the recipes and pairings in the book are fantastic! Definitely recommend this for any beer enthusiast or cook or as a gift for one!
