This review is from: The Colorful Streetcars We Rode (Bulletin 125) (Paperback)
The second in CERA's three all-color portfolio books depicting electric traction from the 1930's to the early 1960's, this book beautifully illustrates the color schemes carried by numerous traction properties throughout the country. Photo quality is excellent and the carefully selected images show a huge variety of cars. There is also some very interesting text on various cars, how they were developed, and its associated technology. While not as lengthy as the first title in the series (Remember When Trolley Wires Spanned the Country), it nonetheless is an invaluable work on electric traction images from a bygone era.

Highly recommended.
