not true to size, October 6, 2008
I bought these hoping that they would be comfortable for a wedding I'm in next summer. I have a bad back, and they looked like they would provide stability. Unfortunately, they were not true to size and a little too big. Plus despite my high hopes, my back would not last in them for one hour, they weren't as comfy as I'd hoped.
These were shipped from Shoebuy and I must say that returning them was a bit of a hassle. They didn't provide any info about how to return them in the packaging I received, it just said "contact your authorized Coloriffics retailer for instructions." I wasn't sure what that meant (Amazon or Shoebuy) so I called the toll free number for Coloriffics. They sent me a pre-paid return label via email, but I have to say that the receptionist who took my call was less than pleasant. I would characterize my interaction with her as rude and abrupt. I would hesitate before ordering anything from them again. I like to deal with internet companies that make the buying and returning process as easy as possible, and this company surely did not. They lost my repeat business, for sure.
