This case did not fit the new iPhone 3G S as advertised, it is about 2mm too short. I tried numerous times to make it fit, but there was no way to make it work. To make it worse the provided screen protector used those little peel apart tabs that left adhesive residue that could not be removed, even with rubbing alcohol, effectively making it useless. This all was a shame since it did seem to be made of a durable material and the inside of the case had a felt material to prevent scratches to the back of the case. Ultimately, I would advise new 3G S owners to look elsewhere.

I was able to get mine onto my phone but the first time I tried to take off the bottom piece to dock my iPhone the piece broke into three. Waste of money.

I thought that the case was very nice, however it does fit very tightly so you might have to really try and push the two pieces together.

I really like how these are easier to get on and off - but 2 out of the 4 I purchased were damaged

I got this for my husband's 3Gs iPhone. It looks nice and easy to put on (It's a tight fit but we don't have problem putting it on at all). It comes off once a blue moon if you accidentally press hard on the button, but it would snap right back on with no problem.

We both like the nice rubber grip too. Plus you can't "scratch" rubber, so you don't have to worry about scratching the case when you put it on a hard surface. It still looks new after 4 months of use (or I should say abuse....my 3 yrs old fights over it to play games a lot).

On the other hand, the screen protector works. Just that the seller forgot to ship it with the original shipment. But s/he replaced it once I mentioned it.

This starts out as a pretty good hard case for the iPhone but after about a month or so begins to break in some of the thinner sections: at the base, on the side with the volume control, etc. I would not recommend this case.

Everything about this item was great, except for the snap lock in the back. Didn't seem like it was securely fastened. Maybe it was just mine, but yeah, I like hearing a nice snap to prove items meant to protect are locked.

If you plan on purchasing this case, I would suggest purchasing a bottle of Krazy Glue along with it. With in three days one of the clips that hold it together snaped off so now it is only being held on with one clip. A week after that the bottom cross piece snapped and had to be krazy glued back together. Surely there are better cases than this one.

When I ordered my first Iphone (3GS) I know from experience I'm clumsy. So I ordered two types of cases so they'd be here by the time the Iphone arrived.

Of the two cases, I had expected to like this one the least. For my Ipods, I've relied on the more rubbery or soft silicon cases as they wouldn't slip through my hands or if it did, the rubber would cushion the impact.

Sure enough the first case I used was the rubber one. I was happy with it overall. However, whenever I wanted to place the Iphone in one of the many stands I had, I needed to take the entire case off.

Additionally, I learned many of the hardware I'd accumulated over the years did not work with the newer Ipods and the Iphone. There is an adapter made which does let a number of those legacy products work, but the case needd to be removed for the adapter as well.

This case, is two pieces. This is great as it's easy to slide on and off the lower section. Since switching over, this is my primary case.

You can spend a lot more money, but for a couple of bucks, this no name inexpensive case delivers.

Was surprised after the other two reviews. But, it fit my 3gs perfectly. Seems pretty good quality as well. Although it's a plastic case, it still has a bit of rubbery feel that gives you a bit of grip. Very satisfied.
