Editorial Reviews

Review

"Secret Agent Josephine covers the alphabet, numbers, and colors in a delightful way.  And the most delightful thing to me - as a mother - is that I can download these books right to my iPhone.  That way, next time I'm facing a grocery line check out meltdown, I can hand Kate a Secret Agent Josephine book for her to flip through instead of dialing China."  Sarah Rosemary on Sunny Side Up

I do like this book. My younger students really love it. The colors are very bright and beautiful and the sentences are perfect for teaching english as a foreign language. Even I guess that if it could be translated into spanish or any other language would be perfect too!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Adorable! September 22, 2012
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I've had this for nearly a year, and my daughter still enjoys it. She loves the Secret Agent aspect and naming all the colors. The illustrations are adorable. I heard about these books via the author's blog (secret agent josephine) and I'm so glad I decided to give the books a try. I love all Ms. Ponnay's books, but this holds a special place because it was the first one we ordered.

3.0 out of 5 stars Kinda boring April 23, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
My daughter does not really like this book. Not great for the Ipad 2. She learned her colors through real life situations faster than in books. I think we've read this book twice

More About the Author

Mother by day, Secret Agent by night! Or at least that's what I've been telling everyone on the internet for the last five years. The reality is I juggle motherhood and a bustling graphic design and illustration business all day long and deep into the night. The lines are blurred and that is what makes me a Secret Agent or a super hero, either one.

My daughter is my muse and she creeps into my art in the most unexpected ways (sometimes literally).
