KOOLHAAS IS A JOKE! EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD!,
This review is from: Colours (Paperback)
This book should be called 60 colors because the Koolhaas section is a total joke. He baiscly has 30 pages of ex-employee bios and then a color swatch of their favorite color. What a waste of paper. No explanation of how they used the color or why they choose the color. Norman Foster and Alessandro Mendini do a better job, each includes about a paragraph about how they used/chose the color in their respective 30 colors.
My suggestion, buy it used and only pay 2/3 of the asking price.

Okay,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Colours (Paperback)
An okay book, as previous reviewers have mentioned, this is not an depth discussion of colour usage in architecture. Rather it is sort of a vague discussion about color.
