I knew this author and the personal collection he had was amazing. Most of the pictured revolvers were in his collection. The author also had first hand knowledge of these arms. He was on a first name basis with the Colt management. Hand researched with the Colt historian at the time Mr. Marty Huber (the grand old man of the company and well loved). Lot's of detail for the advanced collector.
