I primarily wanted to get a folding bike for campus use. As most know, parking at college is meant to torture the students. I am also running late as well, so I figured instead of leaving my bike rack mount all the time and hauling my full size bike everywhere, a folding bike seemed like an acceptable solution to the problem.

I have to be honest, this bike rides very well. However, I should note that since you are using smaller wheels, stability at times can be questionable when turning. There are many steep hills around my school, and going up hill did not take too much effort, which is important. The seat is very comfortable and the bike is very stylish. I only had the bike for a short time period so I cannot comment on its longevity but so far, the bike seem well constructed. For the price, this is a very nice commuter bike for short distance traveling.

Now to the part where I must say I am disappointed. Based on technicality, this bike does fold and would qualify it as a folding bike but we will get to that in a moment. Owning a folding bike should add convenience to your life and I would have to say that this bike does add the convenience in traveling on campus, but beyond that, it did not really add much valued to my daily routine. The bike itself does fold in the middle and the moving that mechanism is pretty simple, but that's about as easy this bike will get. From this point forward, it is no longer a folding bike. The handle bar does not fold down, it actually just comes off, which I wish they would of described it. I know you can just push the handle bar down, but those handle bars are still horizontal and they take up valuable real estate space in a tiny trunk. I have to take the handle bar off to make them fully fit.

This bike is great. Overall I totally love it.

Pros:
- Lightweight. I can carry it on the subway and up and down stairs with no problems.
- It folds very quickly and easily. I can go from folded to open and vice versa in like 5 seconds.
- One of my favorite features is the low bar height. This makes it easy to step on and off the bike quickly.
- Shelf over the back tire. My 7 year old rides back there when we are doing our joy rides on bike paths and around central park, and he is is heaven.
- Versatility. It is comfortable for me and I'm 5'10, and my wife drops the seat and rides it fine, and she is 4'10. So this bike works well for anyone in that range. For people over 5'10 it might be a bit small.
- Worked out of the box. Just had to put a little air in the tires.
- Looks. This bike just looks cool. People comment on it all the time.
- Value. Great bike for the money.

Cons:
- One of the cable is fraying a bit. Not a big deal.
- The plastic brake handles feel a bit cheap, but work totally fine.

I highly recommend this bike.

I spent over a month reading reviews and researching which bike to buy. Being on a very limited budget put quite a few right out the window for me. This one however kept popping in front of my view. sO i ORDERED IT.

It arrived yesterday. I spent 20 minutes looking at it once it was out of the box and only 5 assembling it...Since it was "already" assembled...lol. The handlebars had me for about 1 minute. Then I "got" it! Added air to the tires and this morning I gave it the first try aboard BART. No problem getting on or off the train. No problem unfolding or folding. She peddles nicely.

I will take her into a bike shop for a tuneup and to make sure she is OK today.

A homeless man chatted me up at a stop light and told me I "looked like a 17 year old on that bike".... MADE MY DAY!!! So all in all... SO FAR SO GOOD! My daughter named her Bonnie because she is such a Bonnie Lass!

This bike is pretty great. I have been riding it around in town and to and from work which is 3 miles away. I live in an apartment with a narrow 20 stair entrance. I a 5 foot short woman and I can heft this bike all folded up and down with out too much trouble. The bike rides really well and the gears shift smoothly. The frame is really sold, and pretty cute!

Hi I have used my bike now for close to one year. It still works great! It is compact and no trouble to take with me in my small car...just fold down the back seats and go! This let's me get a nice walk in...and then go take my bike out of the car and enjoy a ride too!...Great purchase!

When the box arrived, many parts came separately. It took some time to put it all together. On my first ride I felt the bicycle slowing down when I turn to left. I realized the front brake cable is too short that when I was turning to the left it pulled the cable to apply the brake. The front brake cable was routed around the post so I had to take the cable apart to rerout it and make it straight up fom the brake. It is little tight (almost like a guitar string) but solved the problem. This bicycle is for little people like me. I am 5'-2" and this is perfect in size for me. The seat is comfortable for me at maximum position. However, the handle is still too low at max position. When riding on flat surface the highest gear is too low. The front sprocket has 40 teeth; I think it should have at least 52. I like the asthetic part of this product.
