This is a nice folding bike- with big 26'' wheels.
When I got the bike there was a problem with the ring, and shifting gears was not smooth at all. I contacted the seller and they immediately apologized, said that the installation probably had some problems, and that I can take the bike to the nearest repair shop to fix and they will refund me.
The process was indeed very simple. I fixed the bike and received a full refund on the repair cost within a matter of days. After the repair the bike works perfectly.
The service really could not have been better, and you know you are secured with this seller.

I thought a folding bike would be much less of a bike. But the 26" Columba I bought from 2KSilver was as well equipped as any other bike I own. It actually had the bell as in all the bells and whistles...and reflectors, and smoothly working gears etc.

The overall quality seems exceptional and the packaging and preparation was excellent. They were wonderful to deal with and the bike came quickly and as promised. I only was able to test drive the bike as the winter is still heavily upon us but it all seemed well engineered. The folding bag they threw in was welcomed.

The bike comes completely assembled, except for the parts you would naturally remove to fold it...but here I could have used some instructions as I didnt want to force anything..but the company responded immediately to my emailed questions with text and photos to help...why not make a little book?

All in all...a lovely product from good people.

Bike came out of the box with little assembly. Good Shimano components that needed just a little adjustment for first trip which was at least 10 miles. Used a rope to keep wheels together when it's folded to easily put in the car trunk.

I bought this so I could get around faster on my campus. Since I'm also a commuter and full-time worker, I didn't want to have to mess with a bike rack so a folding bike seems like the best choice. I ended up going with this bike because
1 - it's cheap (please note that the -----price varies on the bike color-----. Black was the cheapest at the time of my purchase)
2 - it's light
3 - it fit inside my car
4 - had the larger tires so let peddling for me
So I bought it for myself, back in March of 2012 (it's now Oct)
I love the bike BUT there are some draw backs
1-I have a ford focus. In order to fit the bike in my car I have to take the handle bars off each time - it gets tedious
2-the paint doesn't hold up well to wear and tear - I ended up having to lay it on its side at one point, scrapped the paint to crap
3-the bell it comes with died on my first wipe out =[ sad day
4-for those of us who are used to normal size bikes, riding it takes some getting used to. you can't turn and peddle at the same time, as your foot will hit the tire (how I did my first wipe-out)
5-it shifts around more then I'd like in my trunk
6-for on road only, has virtually no shock system to speak of

The good:
1-very sturdy!

When I received the bike I was not sure how to assemble everything together. The written instructions that come with the bike are pretty useless. I went to the website listed on the owners manual and clicked on the FAQ link. When I scrolled down I discovered there are several videos that show you step by step how to assemble the bike. After watching these a couple of times, I was able to assemble the bike with no problems. I highly recommend watching these videos on the website.

The bike is ok - good for commuting, not an off road bike or something one would race with, but it is as advertised. Great city bike. It is a bit heavy, as I live in a 4th floor walk up, so carrying up stairs every day is not totally fun. It does not take up a terrible amount of room.

The bike was mostly assembled, but the directions for the wheel assembly were not clear. I had to get a bike shop to properly install the pedals and front wheel, as it was challenging to get them installed exactly correctly. The bike rides fine, and is generally as advertised.

My biggest issue is that a replacement part is almost impossible to find. My seat was stolen, and the company does not sell replacement seats for this model. There is a similar model (RJ26A) with a 1mm wider seat post for which the company sells replacement seat posts. If you live in a city, consider the RJ26A model, not this model. When I contacted the company about buying a replacement post, they said it would take 3 months to deliver a replacement post, so I should just "check local bike shops". Not very helpful advice. I got the post and seat replaced, but at a far greater cost than if I had the RJ26A.

Ok product, bad customer service.
