The set is wonderful- water proof and warm without being huge and clunky like some of the puffer jackets. One note on sizing- my son wears a 2T, but we bought a 3T thinking it would be better to be a bit big so it would fit over all his clothes. That was unnecessary. Buy the size your child currently wears, and know that there will be enough room for layers underneath.
Love this set. This is the second year I've gotten a set like this for my son who goes outside at school everyday in the winter. It keeps him cozy warm and he loves it. The snow pants are really comfortable with the full vest on top and easy to put on.
This is a great deal on a Columbia snowsuit. My 2 year old used it this winter while sledding and just playing around in the snow. It is a great buy. It's waterproof and has cuffs that tighten down with velcro to keep the snow out. Make sure you use a baselayer and under fleece on the real cold days. Buy the suit and you wont be disappointed.
side note- I recommend buying mittens that have zippers. It's easier to get their little hands In and out.
Very nice and warm snow suit for our toddler. It fits our skinny 3.5 year old well and I imagine it will hold up for two seasons or more. He has never complained of being cold while outside and we live in snowy Massachusetts and have taken him skiing as well. He's a rough and tumble guy and so far, not a scratch on the suit. It is easy on and off as well.
The only minus is that the jacket seems large in the torso. It is fine for when he has the whole suit on but I imagine he'd get a cold stomach without the snow pants.
Bought a 3T, fits my 3 y old well - average size kiddo. I like that the snow pants have velcro shoulders. Seems to keep him warm. Looks nice even when dirty. Bought a nice perfectly matching hat/gloves set from Lands End.
