I have short hair so always look dorky wearing a hat. Plus my hair looks terrible after wearing a hat. I love these headbands to keep my ears warm and still allows my hair to maintain a little of its style.

It isn't bulky so I will often wear it under my riding helmet when I am horseback riding. The fabric is a nice soft microfleece and comes in great colors.

Great addition this weekend since we got rain, sleet, snow, ice, and dark of night (and yes... our mail was still delivered!)

As always perfectly good material, from Columbia, but I was expecting it to be a little
more thick to sustain bitter cold weather without needing to wear a hat.
I haven't still used it yet during snow days, but I'm guessing is not that thick for what I wanted it.
