These bath sheets are big, plush, and soft! Because they are new, they still give off fibers (so, contact lens wearers, wipe your hands on an older towel just before handling your lenses). I wanted elegant but reasonably priced towels for houseguests, and was very happy to get these on sale in the color and sizes I wanted.

I absolutely love these Columbia bath towels!! We have the dark brown, which is a very nice color. It reminds you of the chocolate brown color. The bath towels are so nice and big! They wrap around me really well after my shower, unlike some of the standard bath towels that barely fit around my 'pleasantly plump' figure. :0) I think you would be very happy with this purchase.....I know I am.

The towels are definitely great for doing everything you expect a towel to do (i bought about 7 of these in different colors).

I wear contacts, and in the morning the first thing i do is wash my hands, dry them off, and start putting in my contacts. I can't do that with these towels, because i always end up with tiny pieces of towel left on my fingers. I end up drying my hands on my shirt to avoid the lint.

So these are great for showers and typical towel activities, but it will leave some lint on you, which is useless if you're trying to get your hands clean enough to handle contact lenses.
