5.0 out of 5 stars Innovative meachanism, high quality knife
I purchased this from a different vendor, but I am impressed with this piece of work. It has a very simple yet ingenious mechanism for locking the blade in open and closed positions. There is essentially no way for it to open without you meaning for it to. Once you get the hang of it it's easy to open and close, although flipping out the blade quickly seems difficult...

Just received this knife today, so my initial review =

Just received this knife today, so my initial review =

The knife i was sent had 2 screws that were stripped which made it impossible to get the money clip part off, though its no big deal, id rather the money clip off for a full 360 rotation. The knife is very light, and the swivel thing doesnt take much to get use to. With an extremely wide handle (needed to house the blade) it feels kind of awkward in the hand. Straight out of the box the knife was decently sharp. IMO, this knife has a very gimmicky feel to it, and i cant see myself putting it to any practical use (due to how awkward it is to hold) besides showing off its neat opening mechanism mainly, i imagine if you had a bigger hand this would be extremely awkward to use.

Already leaning towards sending it back, especially cause it is damaged... will decide at the end of the day.

End of the day =
Couldn't stop playing with it all day, i actually think i might keep the POS just because its fun to flip open/closed, might actually be worth the effort to attempt to removed the stripped screws myself rather than sending it back and waiting for another 2 weeks just to receive it again. Knife was much sharper than originally thought out of the box, cut through everything i needed at work, mainly aquarium tubing (which isnt very hard to cut, but still did the job flawlessly), but will most likely need constant up keep since its aus4 material. Still feels awkward in the hand, and gimmicky, allowed all my friends to use it for moments and they all had the same feelings as me, but im slowly coming to love it.

Re-rated as 3 stars...after a few months will do one last review.

I purchased this from a different vendor, but I am impressed with this piece of work. It has a very simple yet ingenious mechanism for locking the blade in open and closed positions. There is essentially no way for it to open without you meaning for it to. Once you get the hang of it it's easy to open and close, although flipping out the blade quickly seems difficult.

It is customizable for left or right-handed people; included in the kit are an extra clip and screws for changing the handedness of the knife. It fits well on a key chain and always gets comments from anyone who sees it. I've taken the clips off for ambidexterity.

The blade is short, but strong. I've used it to cut some plastic and it worked very well. The grip is good, but I'm guessing if you have large hands it may not be so easy to grasp.

My only complaint is that the finish on the blade doesn't seem to be so good, as it is wearing off slowly in some places. But hey, it's an excellent knife otherwise.

I bought the knife because I like the looks of it in the photos. I like the quality of the construction and materials, but it is also thin and lite in my pocket. With a little practice it is very easy to open.

The only reason that I did not give it five stars is that the knob that you press to open the knife is screwed on. The knob became loose and fell off. It came off when I was opening it otherwise I might have lost the knob. I put it back on good a tight and I have not had any problem since.

This knife is awesome. Looks cool, innovative design works well. It's a little more tricky than the Snap Lock 2, but that's what you get when you get a larger knife that uses the frame as a spring. More size means more frame. It takes a little bit of practice to open smoothly. I only got one small nick from it, while overzealously opening it in the first few minutes I had it.

I normally don't do surveys as I have much better things to do with my time, but since you incest, I'll do this one time only. If I'm asked again I will have to consider shopping elsewhere.

The vendor was extremely prompt and accurate with the order that I placed as to the quantity and item requested.

No complaints.
