Comfortable but needs broke in. True to size, maybe slightly wide. Definitely need higher sock.

These are the first "real" hiking boots I've owned. They fit well and are very comfortable. I've since purchased several additional pairs of "real" hiking boots but these remain one of my favorites. For the price, the quality is second to none.

I bought these because they were on sale and I needed something quick, but I have been very pleased with these boots. They are lightweight, yet keep my feet warm in the cold. So far they have held up extremely well - no wear or stains after 6 weeks, despite daily use.
