I bought these gloves thinking that a Columbia product would be great. I was disappointed to find that these gloves are not as warm as they look to be. My hands do not stay warm in cold, but not frigid weather. Also, the gloves are not washable; a disadvantage if you commute on public transportation and want to clean your outerwear. Style is nice - I get lots of compliments. Fingers are a little long.

great gloves> warm, good fit and cool purple color.

grips on fingers not quite as good traction as I'd have liked for driving but not bad. Overall still excellent for warmth and weather protection.
