This sandal looks pretty, light brown with purple accent and its lightweight. Soles grip pattern is very effective in slippery areas like when i went on rock fishing with my husband. The strap is comfortably lined with soft padded material, though the only let down of this sandal is the frontal adjustment near your toes is made of a elastic garter which is not that elastic. I got a-little bit wide foot than regular but not too wide as well and yet had blisters from wearing it. Wish the front strap adjustment was made similar to mens version with the hook on its more flexible in adjustment rather than the not comfortable garter material.

Good sandals for the money. Only drawback was the strap across the top/front of the foot. An elastic strap resides beneath the Velcro strap and it is quite snug. Almost could not bear it. But sliced the elastic with a sharp knife completely, fastened the velcro closure and they were like a brand new pair of comfortable, versatile sandals. With that one little fix I would recommend these to you.

I bought other Columbia sandals before (the sole has flowers facing the feet and the straps are thinner than this model) that do not seem to be very long lasting. This pair, though, is way tougher and of great quality. The bump at the toe is very useful for not harming against steps or stones. Very good sandas. The kakhi color is very nice, just like in the picture.

I bought these sandals to replace a previous pair of Columbia sandals which I wore trekking for over 5 years in all kinds of weather! Hopefully these will last as well as they seem quite similar to the last so far. I especially appreciate the "grippy" sole and secure fit.

Overall, these sandals are pretty comfortable. The only negative is the front strap. There's an elastic band that keeps the straps together, but is a little tight.

Although they take some breaking in, these sandals are perfect for outdoor adventures. They've got good traction and are very comfortable on dirt, in the river, climbing hills, or whatever you can put them through. I like the raised edge on the end to protect the toes from getting damaged by sticks and rocks (they've saved my piggies a few times!). I've always had good experiences with Columbia gear, and these sandals are no exception. Definitely worth the price.

people complaint about the front strap but that strap is great i have narrow feet and i bout these in a 8 but i usually wear a 9 they fit amazing buy them!!!!

I wear columbia techsun all year and have for at least five years. They are sometimes difficult to find, so I was very pleased to find my size (8) through Amazon. They hold up very well. I wore my first pair for three year. I have tried on other brands when searching for the Columbia's but am not happy with any others. The sole on these has the best feel under my bare foot. The straps do not irritate my skin and the support is good. I wear them barefoot in the summer everywhere and with socks in the winter (in the house).

These make me feel like a mountain goat! AND - they feel safe and stabilizing! AND - they can go in the pool, creek, icky pond bottom or washing machine! Love 'em!
