Color Name: Berry JamSize Name: Small Verified Purchase
I was looking for a softshell for a recent backpacking/hiking trip; but I also wanted something that would be cute for everday wear. The columbia trail twist II was just what I was looking for. The jacket fits great and is slimming, but I can also wear multiple layers underneath without the jacket being to constricting. Another nice feature of the jacket is that it is plenty long for my 5'7" frame. The color is great, just a bit "dustier" of a color than is shown online, but I actually prefer this. The jacket is two different materials where the sleeves and most of the front is a water wicking material, and the rest is more of a softshell stretchy material...they work great together and allow breathability and stretch with some weather proofing. This jacket is by no means waterproof, but for a light sprinkle or some windy weather, it fits the bill. I purchased a small, and it is plenty big for my 120# frame. I have always been happy with columbia products, and for the price, this jacket is great.
