5.0 out of 5 stars Fine Envelopes. You Save With One Window Versus Two and Avoiding Self-Seal
These envelopes are just fine. Good paper stock. The main choice is one window versus two. You pay more for two windows. This review is from: Columbian CO170 (#10) 4-1/8x9-1/2-Inch Poly-Klear Left Window White Envelopes, 500 Count (Office Product)
These envelopes are just fine. Good paper stock. The main choice is one window versus two. You pay more for two windows. To avoid having to write down the return address, I use this high-quality return address stamp: Custom Ideal 200 Black Self Inking Rubber Stamp. An advantage of using this self-inking stamp instead of using two window envelopes is privacy and security. There's simply less window to peer through and that makes this type of envelop more secure. I prefer one window along with the self-inking stamp and it saves money.

The next main choice is whether to go with self-seal (where you peel off the seal strip) or this old fashion type. To me it's a matter of whether the price justifies the trouble of putting moisture on the flap to manually seal the envelope. In my estimation it just barely makes more sense to go with this type and avoiding self-seal because the savings are worth it but not by that much.

This is a very good envelope. It's more affordable because it has only one window and is not self-sealing, but the quality is high.

What's to say about an envelope? It's just as you would expect. Ordering from Amazon saves a trip to the office supply 25 miles away.
